Is there Parking?

Yes, parking will be available and will be free. Please follow the directions to Wimborne St.Giles and there will be signs from there.

What are the distances for the Triathlons?

Olympic: 1500m Swim | 40km Bike | 10Km Run
Sprint: 750m Swim | 20km Bike | 5km Run
Novice: 400m Swim | 10km Bike | 2.5km Run
Children: 100m | 2km Bike | 1km Run

What is the closing date for entries?

Entries will be accepted up until Wednesday 13th May.

When is race information sent?

Race information will be sent out two weeks prior to race day via email.

Do I need to bring anything with me to the race?

If you are competing, please bring a valid form of I.D (passport, driving license etc) with you on race day. Race chips will be distributed on the day.

What do I get for my fee?

All entrants will receive a finisher’s medal. This will be given after the race. Time and finish position will be recorded by a timing chip which you will be distributed on the day. You will need to cross both the start and the finish line in order for your time to be recorded by it.

What is happening at St.Giles Park?

The race start and finish line for all events will be in St.Giles Park in front of St.Giles House. The park will be open to family and friends not taking part in the race, but who wish to come and support and relax. There will be camping facilities, food, music and entertainment for children and adults with plenty of spots to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Is there any age limit on entry?

The minimum age for the Triathlon, Standard, Sprint and Novice distances is 15. The age for the Children’s Triathlon is between 8 to 14 as of 12/31/2015. The minimum age for the running half marathon, 10km and 5km is 15. There is no minimum age for the 1km run, but all children under 10 years of age on the event day must be accompanied by an adult competitor.

You will receive a confirmation email with details of your race entry.

Can I enter as part of a team?

Yes teams of 3 or more can enter. Please submit your team name in the registration form.
